1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GigFlow ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

To use GigFlow, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others

3. Services & Gigs

Sellers may list services ("Gigs") on the platform subject to the following:

• All gigs must comply with our community guidelines
• Services must be legal and not violate any third-party rights
• Sellers must deliver the service as described in their gig
• Minimum gig price is $5; maximum is $10,000
• We reserve the right to remove any gig that violates our policies

Buyers agree to provide accurate requirements and approve or request revisions within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Payments & Fees

GigFlow charges a 10% platform fee on all completed transactions. This fee is deducted from the seller's earnings.

• All prices are displayed in USD
• Payments are held in escrow until the buyer approves delivery
• Refunds are issued to the buyer's wallet upon order cancellation
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $10

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Use the platform for spam or phishing
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and order completion, sellers grant buyers a non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for the agreed purpose. Sellers retain the right to display the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

The GigFlow platform, logo, and all related materials are the property of GigFlow and may not be used without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, any pending earnings will be processed according to our withdrawal policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

GigFlow is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or delivery of services provided by sellers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
