Yes! Creating an account on GigFlow is completely free. You can sign up as a buyer or seller at no cost. GigFlow only charges a small platform fee when a transaction is completed.

Absolutely! You can switch to a seller account at any time from your dashboard by clicking Become a Seller. This lets you both hire freelancers and offer your own services.

For Buyers

Browse services, find the gig you like, click Order Now, describe your requirements, choose your payment method, and confirm. The seller will be notified immediately and will begin working on your order.

If you're not happy with the delivery, you can request revisions (up to the number specified in the gig). If the issue cannot be resolved, you can open a dispute or cancel the order for a refund.

Once you place an order, a dedicated message thread is created between you and the seller. You can access it from My Orders → Messages or directly from the Messages page.

For Sellers

Go to your dashboard and click Become a Seller. Once you've upgraded your account, click Post a Gig to create your first service listing. Add a compelling title, description, pricing, and an image to attract buyers.

GigFlow charges a 10% platform fee on each completed order. For example, if you earn $100 from an order, you receive $90 and GigFlow retains $10.

Go to My Orders, open the order, and click Submit Delivery. You can add a delivery note and upload files. The buyer will then review and either approve the delivery or request changes.

Payments

GigFlow accepts payments via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe), and your GigFlow Wallet balance. You can top up your wallet and use it for future purchases.

Go to Wallet and click Request Withdrawal. Enter the amount and your PayPal email or bank details. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.
